Associate Director - Delivery

Job Purpose:

Lead the successful execution of projects within the Project Delivery Department. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless project delivery, uphold compliance, and maintain alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic and Program Leadership
  • Develop and manage development plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee project KPIs, ensuring time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Foster compliance with policies and procedures.
Project Management
  • Lead project execution across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • Review and approve schedules, budgets, deliverables, and contracts.
  • Oversee resource allocation and stakeholder satisfaction.
Process and Documentation
  • Implement enhanced workflows for project efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and communication throughout project phases.
Leadership and Relationship Management
  • Guide and inspire the Project Delivery team.
  • Maintain relationships with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and authorities.

Qualifications:

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
  • Membership in professional institutions (e.g., ICE, RIBA, MRICS).
  • PMP certification preferred.
Experience
  • 15-20 years in project execution with at least 7-10 years in the UAE.
  • Expertise in construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Oracle Primavera Unifier.
  • Strong understanding of FIDIC, sustainability practices, and risk management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
